David Dion

Bass Guitar & Vocals

Originally hailing from Michigan, David "OnBass" Dion has been a prominent figure in the Detroit music scene since the early 1980s. His musical journey has been marked by performances in numerous original and cover bands, but a standout moment came in the summer of 2009 when he toured with the pop punk band "Shram" on Motley Crue's Crue Fest 2.

In 2015, David made the life-changing decision to relocate to Scottsdale, Arizona, to care for his aging parents. Little did he know that he would discover a vibrant and immensely talented music scene in his new home. It didn't take long for Dave to establish himself as a respected musician in this burgeoning musical landscape, leading to his recruitment into the tribute band circuit.

Currently, David is a dynamic force in the world of tribute bands. He lends his talents to a variety of projects, including One More Night, Surrender (a Cheap Trick tribute), Starting Over (a John Lennon tribute), and his cover band, Strangeland. Dave continues to leave his musical mark on both the Detroit and Scottsdale music scenes, sharing his passion for music with audiences far and wide.
