Lead Vocals & Percussion

Bill Whittemore's musical journey began in Upstate NY before he made his way to Phoenix in 1995. His passion for music ignited in the mid-'70s when he started taking drum lessons in 1974, followed by guitar lessons in 1976. While he dabbled in both instruments, the guitar eventually claimed the spotlight.

Over the years, Bill contributed his talents to several remarkable projects, including bands like "Exit 7," "Compass," and "Scratched Vinyl." His musical versatility spanned genres, from Christian Rock to Corporate party/wedding bands, primarily as a rhythm guitarist and backing vocalist. However, it wasn't until the early 2000s that he stepped into the limelight, assuming the roles of lead vocals and rhythm guitar in the local cover band Rock Land.

Presently, Bill is the driving force as lead guitarist and lead vocalist in The Southbound Rider Band, a tribute to The Allman Brothers. He has also taken on a pivotal role in One More Night, The Phil Collins Experience, where he performs as Phil Collins, showcasing his multifaceted talent and dedication to the world of music.
